Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://keesechanelfairfield.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of KeeseChanel or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination. KeeseChanel may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Cap on Damages. Liability of KeeseChanel arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KeeseChanel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Law and Venue. CA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CA.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
